Channel performance management

econvy is equipped with state-of-the-art channel performance management tools for optimized sales performance tracking and marketing campaign management, among other things. A Microsoft Power BI-based business intelligence system aggregates internal and external data and continuously monitors channel-specific performance metrics.

econvy’s partner network includes a wide range of experts who can be approached for support, industry insights, best practices and project execution. Through a close partnership with Digilents, a recruitment consultancy specializing in digital and e-commerce talent, required resources can be sourced from a network of more than 25,000+ active candidates.

Market Intelligence tools can be used to identify developments in demand behavior, prices and competitors. In this way, competition-relevant data such as market shares or top-selling products can be collected, pricing strategies can be adjusted, and new product launches or new features of competitor products can be continuously monitored.

Achieving top-selling articles on individual online sales channels requires a targeted bundle of measures, which improves click-through rates and conversion rates. The levers include keyword optimization, excellent product content, performance marketing, a high number of positive reviews and ratings, maintaining Q&As, and ensuring product availability.

We are convinced that the potential of a private label is not fully exploited if it sells 100% via Amazon. We examine and develop other distribution channels and focus on niche marketplaces with very high growth rates. In addition, we are implementing our own D2C shops.

Advantages of multi-channel distribution for your brand:

  • Higher market coverage and better distribution level
  • Lower risk if a sales channel does not develop well
  • Realisation of synergy potentials with skilful parallel use of the different channels
  • Possibility to reach very different user groups

A flexible D2C platform architecture with modern APIs, microservices and headless commerce enables agile development of D2C brands. Third-party tools such as payment providers or marketing automation can be easily integrated and extend the functional capabilities of the platform.

The distribution of D2C Brands is currently taking place in more than 14 countries. econvy is pursuing a two-pronged approach – the development of attractive new markets with the existing product portfolio and the use of already established distribution channels in the countries of the acquired companies. Further potential will be achieved through geographic expansion into more than 14 different Amazon Marketplace countries, where Amazon Brand Stores for own products will be established.

Internal and external logistics centers, supported by an innovative SCM platform, enable customer-oriented processes and lead times. Consolidating brands under one roof strengthens positioning in sourcing. Compliance with ESG guidelines along the entire value chain is regularly audited.

Revenue generation depends on high external traffic to product detail pages, brand stores, and direct sales stores. External traffic comes from search engines as via social media and is routed to the respective brands and distribution channels in a target group-specific manner.
